Heather, box it all up, send it to her C.O.D. - and include a bill for the packing materials and your time. She's a douche and you shouldn't have to wait on her to get rid of it. Or give her a time limit - 24 to 48 hours - to have it removed, or you will dispose of it in accordance with the city's trash/recycling requirements.

Well so far I found two Laura Smiths in St. Augustine - someone said last night she lived there. Let me check Lauderdale. Ya know, it would help if she had a less generic name..... LOL

ETA: Three in Ft. Lauderdale. And none of these I'm finding might even be her - if she's married (and if she is, God help her husband LOL), the phone might be under his name.
